Laying in bed, laptop at the ready to jot things down and copy them to blogger when i'm back online, i was thinking "hey, is it still tuesday nights that we put the garbage bin out?"So i got up, gathered my rubbish bag and the one from the kitchen and went outside. When i pulled the roller door up, and looked up and down the street, I saw no other bins and realised "oh yeah, they changed it to tomorrow night didn't they?"
It was then I noticed how not totally freezing I was. I stood on the driveway, looking up at the crystal clear sky with the millions of stars winking down at me and the yellow moon hanging over the schoolgrounds, and it was really really nice. I expected my feet to turn to ice and my nose to freeze as soon as I came outside, but instead I gazed at the sky in my pyjama's for a moment, stupidly still holding my bin by the pull-handle.
Today I went to the chiropractor for my fortnightly tune up. My usual lady wasn't there, but some cute lil man instead. His name was Allen... I choose to spell that with an E. It was the best chiro visit I'd had because a) for a temp guy he knew what he was doing b) he chatted with me and was happy and nice, and c) one of the ways he adjusted my spine required him to kinda hug me and it was really nice :P
When he did my neck and you have to full on relax and make your head flop, he said he liked people that did what I was doing and could just basically surrender on comand - which is very unlike me - instead of tensing up and making it hard and painful. I said it took me some practice and that when Gina first did it I was probably quite the opposite. I wanted to say that it helped that he was a bit of a spunk. If the adjusting table was as large and comfy as the massage table I may have been having a small fantasizing session :P
Mehehe. Meh he was cute and it kinda made my day......that and getting a hug from Emzy my old Media teacher at highschool, an seeing April twice in one day. Oh and Ben and Katie and Matt. One day I'm going to get a picture of Matt and a Matty-like pic I found of Ben Folds and post them up here. Sometimes it's scary. Katie sung today "I've had sex with Ben Folds, I've had sex with Ben Folds." I had to remind her that her Mattyboy is niether a musician nor American. She didn't seem to care much.
